  Are you ready to build your own circuits? The Institution of Engineers (IEI), Dharwad Local Centre, is back with a plan of One Day PCB Design Workshop designed to help you master the basics—especially relevant as Universities have now introduced PCB Design in the curriculum.

·        May 03, 2026: Offline Workshop (IE(I), Dharwad / SDMCET, Dharwad)

For just Rs. 600/-, you receive comprehensive training, components for a 555 Timer circuit (which you keep!), working lunch, tea, and a certificate from IE(I) Dharwad.

Form a team of maximum 2 members (solo participants are welcome!).

PCB Design workshop 2023

Institute of Engineers IE(I), Dharwad Local Centre is planning to organize the  "One Day PCB Design Workshop"  on 29th OCT 2023

Date :- 

 28-OCT-2023 (online classes)

 29-OCT-2023 (offline workshop) 

Location :- Institution of Engineers (India), Dharwad Local Centre, Balekundry Bhavan, Dharwad.

Rules:-

• Each team should consist maximum of two members. If only one student is in the batch they can repeat the same name during registration.
• Limited teams will be selected (selection will be first come first serve basis)
• Selected teams (will be informed) have to register for the workshop .
• Those who are interested to learn and teach to their juniors or the students of other college can register
  

Now VTU has introduced the PCB Design in 4th semester scheme https://vtu.ac.in/pdf/2022_3to8/ecesch.pdf 

This is the opportunity for you to learn PCB Design. The registration includes the components required for the 555 Timer circuit including Clad board and training. The working circuit you (batch) can take home. Working lunch will be provided in the afternoon and Tea in the evening. Certificates will be issued by the IE(I) Dharwad on the same day.

PCB Workshop 2022

Team Unnati is planning to organize One-day PCB Workshop in IE(I) (Near KCD, DC compound, Dakshina bhaarata Hindi prachara sabha) tentative date 04/12/2022 (Sunday). If you are interested to attend the workshop, you can fill the details of your batch. Each batch can have maximum two students. If only one student is in the batch they can repeat the same name. Registration Fee (600Rs per batch) will be collected few days earlier to the workshop if you got selected, certificate may be given by IE(E) Local Centre Dharwad. PCB workshop 2021

 “The institution of Engineers (India) Dharwad Local Centre is planning to organize a PCB Design workshop tentatively scheduled on 3 and 4 April or 10^th and 11^th April at IEI Dharwad local centre (Near KCD) for the Engineering and Diploma students. The regulated power supply (RPS) kit will be provided to each batch consisting of two students. The students will get hands on experience of the PCB design, etching process, drilling, soldering as well as testing. These types of workshops are organized regularly in SDMCET E&CE Dept. The selection process is based on first come first serve.  The Registration fee is Rupees 1100/- for each batch.  The registration fee does not include Meals, Accommodation (High Tea may be given). The following components will be given to each registered batch.

 

Terminator block 2; White LEDs 2; Capacitor (3 different ranges); Diodes 4; ICs; ICs base, Transformer,  SPDT Switches; AC wire to main supply; Copper clad board;  Solder gun; Solder gun stand; Solder lead; Flux; DE soldering wire; Stripper (cutter); Hand driller; Driller bits (3 different Size) Resistor;  Potentiometer; Connecting wires 1mts; Screw driver…

 

After the workshop participants can take all the components.
